KATIE HEMMETER Mrs. Ashley Carter: It's not an easy task, combining a devlish sense of glee with a cold, aloof demeanor. But Katie pulls it off effortlessly as Mrs. Carter, a woman who doesn't let anything get between her and what she wants.
